Our office staff have all been CNAs and caregivers for many years, so with their experience our caregivers are able to learn and refresh certain skills. Repositioning, proper transfers and safe cleaning are just a few of the skills that we teach our caregivers before they leave orientation! We urge our employees to reach out if they would like more training as we have all of these accessible in our office!
